Annette Billings, poet and TALK discussion leader, and Kirk Sharp of the Gordon Parks Museum join Dr. Valerie Mendoza of Washburn University to discuss the works of Kansas native Gordon Parks, including The Learning Tree, Parks' 1963 semi-autobiographical coming of age novel based on his childhood in Fort Scott.
