The National African American Read-In is the nation's first and oldest event dedicated to diversity in literature. Hear stories from different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. Gain an understanding of how sharing cultural stories can create community and promote resilience.

Event is part of "Resilience Through Story," public programs at MidAmerica Nazarene University and the Olathe Public Library exploring how stories allow humans to cope with adverse life events.
