Political changes following the 1979 revolution affect a young girl's daily life and the lives of those around her in ways that are difficult for her to understand It is a "New York Times" Notable Book, "Time Magazine" Best Comix of the Year, and "San Francisco Chronicle" and "Los Angeles Times" bestseller.
