Join the Life in a Jar Foundation at the Lowell Milken Center for Unsung Heroes in Fort Scott for the opening of a new panel exhibition, "African American Suffragists: Kansas Heroes for Equality." The exhibition features the work of Kansans Carrie Hughes and Mamie Dillard, strong advocates for women's suffrage and African American equality. Part of the 17th and 18th Annual Gordon Parks Celebration.
