Rapid Remedies
HK announces a new resource to help cultural non-profits connect with their communities. The Rapid Remedies white paper is designed to assist cultural non-profits in their continued efforts to quickly and affordably create engaging online stories that fulfill their unique missions. Rapid Remedies includes project models, examples of digital projects from Kansas cultural nonprofits, and tools for creating your own digital projects. Rapid Remedies was written by Sarah Bishop of Coneflower Consulting.
Cares Act Relief Grants
Humanities Kansas awarded 83 CARES Act Relief grants to Kansas cultural organizations that provide humanities programming and are facing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The application period was May 13 - June 14, 2020.
SHARP Recovery grants
Humanities Kansas awarded 121 SHARP Recovery grants to Kansas cultural organiations that provide humanities programming and are facing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The application period was July 15 through August 16, 2021.
